Application instructions
The scholarship application window is December 1 through February 15 for the following academic year.
To apply for these and other scholarships, please access 澳门六合彩官网直播鈥檚 . To be considered for scholarships with financial need criteria, you must have submitted a for the upcoming academic year. The federal school code for 澳门六合彩官网直播 is 002330. If you do not complete the FAFSA, you are still eligible to apply for consideration for scholarships without financial need criteria.
To view college and departmental scholarships, use the advanced search to filter by organization (College of Education and Human Development). Submitting one CEHD application will consider you for all college-level scholarships you are eligible for. We recommend completing as many matching questions in the system as possible and completing your FAFSA before applying in order to ensure you are considered for as many scholarships as possible. Undergraduate scholarships (fcs department)
Beilfuss Scholarship Fund鈥攚orkforce education and development
- Student must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate officially pursuing a major in the workforce education and development area in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.
- Student must demonstrate high academic standards in WFED and have a minimum GPA of 2.0 in all other coursework.
- Student must show evidence of leadership capabilities.
John L. and Jane K. Feirer Scholarship鈥攚orkforce education and development
The Feirer endowed scholarship is given to full-time undergraduate workforce education and development students in industrial technology education, business education, or FCS education majors or pre-majors who are in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need. Preference is given to incoming first-year students in WFED. Multi-year awards are possible, pending continuation of good academic standing, financial need, and enrollment in a WFED major or pre-major.

Chrystal Grady Home Economics Scholarship
The Chrystal Grady scholarship is given in recognition of outstanding academic achievement.
- Student must be a junior or senior officially enrolled in a family and consumer sciences related departmental curriculum during the year of the scholarship application and award and must have completed substantial course work at 澳门六合彩官网直播 and in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.
- Student must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Student may not have previously received this scholarship.
Lloyd Hutt鈥攚orkforce education and development: industrial arts
- Student must be a full-time student officially pursuing a major in industrial arts in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.
- Student must demonstrate ability in the field of industrial arts.
Doris A. Lance Scholarship鈥攚orkforce education and development: business education
- Student must be officially pursuing a major in business education in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.
- Student must not have been censured for a major violation of campus regulations.
- Shall be chosen on the basis of need or achievement.
- Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 or better.
Neil & Leta Schoenhals Scholarship鈥攚orkforce education and development: industrial arts
- Student must be a full-time senior student officially pursuing a major in industrial arts in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.
- Maintained a 3.2 GPA over the last 30 semester hours of coursework
- Outstanding student based upon attitude, responsibility, initiative, knowledge and craftsmanship.
Betsy L. Slain Wood Scholarship
- Student must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate officially pursuing a major in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.
- Preference to female students who demonstrate academic merit and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Financial need is a secondary consideration.
- Preference to students who have been active in campus leadership or community service activities.
Graduate scholarships
Beilfuss Scholarship Fund鈥攚orkforce education and development
- Student must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate officially pursuing a major in the workforce education and development area in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.
- Student must demonstrate high academic standards in WFED and have a minimum GPA of 2.0 in all other coursework.

Maija Petersons Endowment鈥攏utrition and dietetics internship students
Award is made each fall semester.
- Applicant must be a full-time graduate nutrition and dietetics internship student.
- Awards will be based upon: 1. financial need, and 2. academic merit.
Carl A. Woloszyk鈥攚orkforce education and development
- Applicant must be a graduate student in the M.A. in workforce education and development program.
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA at time of application.
- Preference will be given to students who have completed a minimum of 21 credit hours in their planned program of study.
Betsy L. Slain Wood Scholarship
- Student must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate officially pursuing a major in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences.
- Preference to female students who demonstrate academic merit and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Financial need is a secondary consideration.
- Preference to students who have been active in campus leadership or community service activities.
Charles and Linda Dannison Scholarship鈥擣CS graduate students
- Students enrolled in a graduate program in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences
- Preference given to students in the Master of Arts in family life education, child life, or family and consumer sciences education
- Students should be in good academic standing
- Scholarship is not need-based
