Authors can create and edit content within their assigned sections, but publishers must review and publish the content before it becomes visible to the public.
Authors can create content of the following types:
Announcement*—summary linking to a separate page, automatically displayed on, and occurring exclusively on, the section's landing page
Basic page—content that is displayed in a simple layout
Bulletin—communications for °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ faculty, staff and retirees made available in °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Today
Directory page—contact information for a person used to automatically populate the section's directory list
Event—details of an occasion that is added to the University's event calendar
Flexible page—content with an advanced layout for displaying different types of components
Landing page*—advanced section home page containing full width slideshow, call to action bar, infographic bar, a feed of news articles and announcements
* Landing pages will eventually be replaced by flexible pages, deprecating this content type.
