The FY2022-23 UPA rates have been set at 43.15% for college responsibility units and 4.01% for auxiliary units and designated funds. These rates will remain in place for three years. Rates may be adjusted before the three years if strategic initiatives need to be funded. FY2022-23 UPA Calculation
