From complex scripted projects to straightforward public talks and everything in between, we have you covered.
Our production assistance falls into two categories鈥University-wide Support and Instructional Support鈥攚hich may impact both the priority and pricing of your project. University-wide Support
Our video skills go beyond the classroom and extend to helping the University as a whole. We鈥檝e worked with dozens of colleges and departments across our many campuses for over 25 years and are ready to work with you. From live-streaming events to commercials and much more, we do it all!
Live-Streaming Event Coverage
Single-camera livestream event coverage is one of our most popular requests. Whether it is streaming a Faculty Senate Meeting for those who can鈥檛 attend in person, making sure family and friends around the globe can watch the College of Aviation Wings Ceremony, or sharing special events like the annual Medieval Conference with colleagues and enthusiasts, we can bring your event to anyone in the world. Our professionally operated video camera can connect via USB or USBC to any streaming or web conference service you鈥檇 want to use, such as Zoom or Webex, or we can handle hosting the stream on our Mediasite server so that you won鈥檛 have to lift a 铿乶ger on your end.
Presentation Recordings
Recording presentations is another frequent request. Whether you need a recording of a public lecture, awards presentation, ribbon cutting ceremony, or a visiting artist, we can preserve the event and provide a video 铿乴e for you to post online, share with those who weren鈥檛 able to attend, or save for posterity. We are able to accommodate anything from a simple one-camera recording of a single presenter to a multi-camera recording with multiple presenters.
Promotional / Informational / Recruitment Videos
Promotional, informational, or recruitment videos are specifically designed to reach your target audience and motivate them to act. We work with you to develop a customized script or outline that we then produce with your supervision. Whether your goal is to promote a program or degree, inform colleagues of how to use a new system, or encourage prospective students to come to Western, we can help you realize your vision.
Studio Projects
Our small studio is perfect for intimate interviews, informational modules, or 鈥渢alking head鈥 scenarios. Equipped with four cloth background designs to choose from, an in铿乶ite white or black background, or our green screen background replacement, we can accommodate virtually any look. We also have a teleprompter so those who are speaking can read their script while looking directly at the camera, making sure that everything is spoken correctly, and nothing is left out.
Commercials
Need a short stylized commercial? We can help tell your story in commercial-sized clips that are cut to speci铿乧 lengths for television or social media. From promoting the new eSports facility on East Campus to showcasing new Bronco football uniforms and whatever speci铿乧 needs you might have, we can make it happen.
Experimental Videos
Not every production can 铿乼 in a generic category鈥攕ometimes, to make your vision a reality, we have to think outside of the box. Whether that means creating a music video, a movie-style dramatic video, or an experimental idea that hasn鈥檛 been attempted before, we鈥檙e happy to explore how it can be done!
Highlight Videos
Want to compile a montage of clips or images to highlight an event, achievement, or milestone? Demonstration Videos
Do you want to walk through a 鈥渉ow-to鈥 of a concept you are teaching in your class? If you can鈥檛 demonstrate something in real time, record it and share it with your students! For example, maybe you want to show them a process at P铿亃er鈥檚 facility. If you can鈥檛 take your class to the plant, we can take the plant to the classroom by interviewing someone on the product line.
Scenario / Simulation / Role Play Videos
Do you need to simulate a process? Consider recording a mock scenario, simulation, or role-play example so your students can better understand the correct or incorrect way to perform an exercise.
Visiting Artist Interviews

Pricing
Video requests that are directly designed and used for in-class instruction are free.
For university-wide projects, our pricing structure is considerably lower than what you might find elsewhere in the industry. With a standard rate as low as $20/hour up to $45/hour, your vision can be realized at a fraction of what you might spend elsewhere.
