About Section 245

Section 245 of Public Act 165 of 2024, effective September 30, 2024, requires prescribed information be made available through a link on the website home page of Michigan public universities within 30 days after the board of a public university adopts its annual operating budget for the following school fiscal year, or after the board adopts a subsequent revision to that budget.
