Service Learning Course Designation Request

Upon initial approval, the Office of Service Learning will contact the Registrar's Office to have the service learning attribute added. In subsequent semesters, the instructor must notify the Registrar's Office each semester the service learning component is included.

Does the course require a minimum of 15 service hours? (Must be stated in the course syllabus) (required)
Does the course include a critical reflection piece? (Must be stated in the course syllabus) (required)
Does the project meet a community-identified need? (required)
