If you do not qualify for Medicaid and are 19 years or older, you may qualify for the to receive health care coverage. If you meet Medicaid or Healthy Michigan Plan eligibility requirements and are asked to choose an Medicaid HMO Plan or Healthy Michigan insurance company, Sindecuse Health Center accepts Meridian Health Plan and Priority Health Medicaid. Other Michigan Medicaid HMO plans may not authorize your treatment at Sindecuse Health Center. You may change your current Medicaid HMO to Meridian Health Plan by calling Michigan Enrolls at (888) 367-6557 during the open enrollment period in May.

International students
