Amy Bosek is area vice president at the Kraft Heinz Company. Since 2017, she manages the division responsible for all Kraft Heinz grocery customers. She leads a cross-functional team across the United States consisting of 235 core members and 40 partners. In 2022-23, her team significantly outpaced the total company engagement results and were ranked number one in United States sales on both participation and performance in the Global Engagement Survey.
Prior to her current role, she served as customer vice president for Publix where she improved work group representation, minimized turnover and built a sustainable culture focused on safe workplace behaviors. Bosek has more than 25 years of experience in the North American CPG industry.
She also worked at PepsiCo for 14 years鈥攇aining a broad area of experience. She last served as the senior director of retail and was responsible for a budget of more than $1.6B. Bosek graduated with her bachelor鈥檚 degree from Virginia Tech with a major in marketing management. She champions people-driving initiatives, like diversity and inclusion and engagement for the United States zone of the company.
