Keith M. Hearit (Ph.D., Purdue University), a 2013 American Council on Education Fellow, is a Professor in the School of Communication at 澳门六合彩官网直播. A leading expert in the field of crisis management, Dr. Hearit specializes in how individuals and institutions respond communicatively to atypical situations, particularly those of their own creation. His work has been referenced in The New York Times, USA Today, and National Public Radio, along with other regional and national publications.
