Molly Voska, B.B.A.’17
The Global Go-Getter
Marketing Manager,
Raised in an entrepreneurial household, Molly Voska was inspired to work with businesses at an early age. Consulting for a Y Combinator startup during college, she found that her talents lent themselves to assisting businesses in an agency setting, and her advertising and promotion major and international business minor prepared her for just that.
Her expertise includes media strategy, content creation, website development, and account and project management. A student of culture, Voska engages with diverse perspectives to achieve a global mindset. She has lived in the U.S. and the Dominican Republic and has spearheaded multicultural advertising programs for multiple Fortune 100 companies in her role at Captura Group, a Hispanic and digital-first agency, which focuses on growth acceleration opportunities for brands through culture-first marketing.
She is a member of the She Runs It Multicultural Committee, marketing chair of the National Collegiate Water Ski Association, and CEO of the U.S. branch of Aspiras Foundation, a Dominican Republic-based nonprofit focused on education and community development through sports, founded by ϲʹֱ alumni.
Favorite Kalamazoo Attraction: “Kal-Haven trail! The trek to the beach is so much more rewarding when you’ve pedaled your way there (and it’s the one trail in the area that’s mostly downhill).”
