Haworth College of Business scholarships

Alpha Kappa Psi is a national professional business fraternity with a mission to develop principled business leaders.

Carrie Jones Barber, a 1982 alum, created this scholarship to honor her younger sister, Connie, who passed in 1999. Connie was also a Bronco and went to °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ to follow in her sister's footsteps.

Jeanne Carlson is a 1968 alum and former °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Foundation board member who created this scholarship to benefit business students.

Robert Corrion is a 1964 engineering alum. Rhea, his spouse, had a career in business and a nephew who was a business alum. Combining their interests, they funded this scholarship for business students.

Adam Dingwall is a 1985 alum and Deborah Dingwall is 2006 alum. Their relationship with the college inspired this scholarship.

This scholarship was created by James Donoghue, a 1970 alum, and Martha Donoghue.

This scholarship was established by Lyndon Cronen, a 1967 alum, and Lucrecia Cronen, through their foundation.

Joe Fleck earned two degrees from the business college and following graduation taught courses as a graduate assistant. He was later involved in the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Haworth Advisory Board for several years. He and his spouse Margaret, a 1976 alum of the College of Arts and Sciences, founded this scholarship.

Bettie Goodman, a 1963 alum, was an enthusiastic supporter of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ students during her lifetime, founding this scholarship to aid business students in their goals.

This scholarship was a gift of Dick Haworth, a 1964 alum, and wife, Ethelyn Haworth, a 1964 alum of the College of Education and Human Development. Dick Haworth is the son of G.W. Haworth, a 1937 alum of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥, who founded Haworth Inc. and made the naming gift for the Haworth College of Business.

This award was established by the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ CEO Forum, whose members are all business leaders, the majority of which are °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Haworth alumni.

This scholarship honors the memory of Michael Kellay, a 1997 alum.

This award was created in memory of David Luce, who was a manager at Flowserve Corporation in Kalamazoo.

Justin Martin is a 2003 alum of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Haworth.

James McKinley was a 1966 alum; this scholarship supports business and education students at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥.

Jeffrey Mehi, a 2004 alum of the college, and his spouse, Andrea Mehi, a 2005 alum of the College of Arts and Sciences, founded this scholarship.

This scholarship is a gift from the Metwalli family, named for Dr. Ali Metwalli and his late spouse, Nadia Metwalli, who was a medical doctor. Dr. Ali Metwalli has taught finance and MBA courses at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Haworth for more than 40 years.

This scholarship was established in memory of William Morse who held two degrees from °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Haworth.

This scholarship was established by Mark Perkins, a 1974 °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ alum, in memory of his father, Norman Perkins.

Alfred Pugno, a 1933 graduate of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥, is honored with this scholarship. He worked for °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ for many decades.

Neil Reid is a 1969 °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Haworth alum.

Patrick Salow holds two degrees from °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ and funded this scholarship in his family's name.

Arnold Schneider was the first dean of the college of business and continued to support business students throughout his life.

Kenneth Stephens is a 1986 alum who has been involved as a °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Foundation board member. He is a past recipient of the Finance and Commercial Law Outstanding Alumni Award.

Rick Storch is a 1978 grad of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Haworth and has been involved as a °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Alumni Association board member.

Bill Sturtevant, a 1969 alum, and his spouse Terri established this scholarship during their lifetimes.

Richard Chormann, a 1959 alum, and Carolyn Chormann, who held two degrees in education from °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥, established this scholarship to honor his father Thomas Sullivan, who was a °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ alum.

Edward Todd was a 1958 alum of °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ Haworth.

This scholarship was created by Carolynn Walton-Andrews, a 1998 alum, in honor of her mother Inez Simms Walton.

This scholarship was created by Robert Welborn, a 1965 alum. This scholarship is shared with the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

At the pinnacle of his career, David Wirt was president of what became PNC Bank. David continually attributed his success in life to his education at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ and wanted to make a significant contribution to the business school as a way to give back.
