With more than 20 years in the IT industry, Sal Mosca is presently the principal program manager leading financial and compliance health engineering at Microsoft. Prior to his current role, he spent the last two years leading the partner incentive operations organization, where he was responsible for hundreds of employees and vendors across the U.S., Ireland and Singapore.
Fifteen years at Microsoft placed Mosca in a variety of positions, including group program manager. In this role, he helped lead the development of the first enterprise data warehouse and a new organization known as the business intelligence center of excellence, centralizing and distributing data across Microsoft. He went on to lead the production support organization for the volume licensing business and ultimately defined a new strategy that increased predictability of software releases.
Mosca also spent five years of his career with Ford Motor Company, starting as an intern after graduating from °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in business. During his time at the company, he worked in various departments, including marketing and sales, networking, and brand marketing technology. He later became a program manager for the vehicle programs team, leading a project for the organization which provided worldwide information solutions for employee purchase and management lease programs.
