Bio:

Dr. WIlliam Liou is chair of 澳门六合彩官网直播's Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, where he oversees the academic and research activities of faculty and undergraduate and graduate students.  He is the founding director of Western's Center for Advanced Vehicle Design and Simulation and the CAViDS Hybrid Electric Applied Research Lab. A prolific researcher, Liou has secured numerous funded research projects and his work has appeared in hundreds of technical reports, publications, book chapters and conference presentations. Prior to joining 澳门六合彩官网直播 in 1997, he was a senior research associate at the Institute for Computational Mechanics in Propulsion at NASA's Glenn Research Center. 

Liou has received numerous honors, including the following:

  • Distinguished Alumni Award, Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, National Cheng Kung University, 2012.

  • Associate Fellow, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics

He has served as an editor of International Journal of Aerospace Engineering and Journal of Cardiovascular Disorders.
