Respecting Differences
Western is proud to take part in the 25th annual Respecting Differences. This year鈥檚 title is, 鈥淭he Human-Centered Workplace: Establishing Belonging Through Authenticity, Collaboration and Connection鈥 and will feature Devin C. Hughes.
The event will be Wednesday, April 10, at Miller Auditorium located at 1341 Theater Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49008. To accommodate work schedules and to ensure that 澳门六合彩官网直播 services are not interrupted, the program will be offered at two times, 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
There is no cost and no registration required. You will soon receive an invitation in campus-mail that we ask you bring with you to the event.

Devin is a captivating speaker, author, and thought leader. He helps organizations of all sizes drive growth and engagement by aligning workplace culture with success. His experience working on evolving corporate cultures, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging brings a unique perspective in helping organizations plan for positive growth and evolution. His approach draws from the science of positive psychology, positive organizational research, appreciative inquiry, neuroscience, mindset, and mindfulness.
Devin was named to Peoplehum鈥檚 power list of the top 200 thought leaders to follow in 2023. He received his BA from Colgate University and M.S. from Southern New Hampshire University. He is the author of twenty-one books and lives in San Diego, CA, with his wife, four daughters, and their beloved rescue dog, Tyson.
