Well-being: Where can I find services that support my well-being?

Keeping ourselves well or knowing we need help, sometimes students are not sure where to start. Talking to your faculty advisor can be a good place for referral. If you are not sure but know you need assistance the University Counseling Center who will be happy to help you find the appropriate campus resource. 

  • Student Recreation Center â€“ Offers quality facilities and fitness programs.
  • Club Sports – Great for meeting people with a common interest and staying active.
  • Sindecuse Health Center - Located on campus it provides a variety of professional health services.
  • Counseling Services â€“ Offers short-term individual, couples and group counseling for a diverse student population.
  • Career Counseling - Speak with a career counselor about your career path, trajectory and/or any concerns you may have. 
  • University Ombudsperson - Assists with questions or concerns regarding grade appeals, hardship withdrawals, program dismissals, and incident reporting.
  • Student Complaint Form - A process for student complaints or issues.  Student Concern Form – A referral form in case you are concerned about any student’s well-being.
  • Health Promotion and Education – An additional referral resource. Title IX, Sexual Misconduct or Institutional Equity provide resources and promote equity, access, and safety for all of us on campus.
