Application deadlines
Admissions are for fall semester only. Applications must be received by February 1 to be considered for a graduate assistantship. All other applications, including Accelerated considered until the week before census.
The Accelerated Master's option is available to current °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥ undergraduate students only.

This program does not require the General GRE.

Applicants are not required to submit an official transcript of courses taken/completed at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍøÖ±²¥.
Additional information
For admission to the master's program in criminal justice studies, you must:
1. Twenty-four semester hours in undergraduate social sciences, with at least fifteen semester hours in sociology, criminal justice, or criminology, including courses in theory and research methods (applicants without the requisite hours of undergraduate sociology, criminal justice, and/or criminology course may be permitted to make up deficiencies as a condition of matriculation).
2. Grade-point average of 3.0 or better in undergraduate sociology, criminal justice, and/or criminology courses.
