Melissa Johnson always wanted a career helping others. Her role as a human resources coordinator at TRMI, Inc. sparked a passion for helping others love their jobs as much as she does.

Fast forward a few years, and Johnson has landed her dream role as human resources and safety manager for Motus Integrated Technologies. Johnson has her hand in all HR-related activities, from recruiting, to talent identification, to safety compliance. Her work has resulted in an outstanding 30% decrease in voluntary turnover, improved plant safety and overall risk reduction鈥攂ut she is most proud of her efforts in developing employees and motivating teams. Johnson has received numerous certificates of accomplishment for her work and was even nominated to attend a company-wide leadership conference.
