For Karlee Hancock, working in the food marketing industry means bringing a fresh perspective to the table. As a category development analyst for Hormel鈥檚 MegaMex division, she leverages tools in both retail data and food service to help bring authentic Mexican food products to consumers worldwide.

Hancock previously participated in Hormel鈥檚 professional development program, rotating through positions in retail, analytics and sales. These experiences have allowed her to wear many hats within the company, and gain valuable skills in promotion, marketing and building relationships with buyers.
