Favorite place on campus: Heritage Hall. The view over the hill where the students used to walk up from the trolley is absolutely beautiful.  
Favorite thing(s) to do while in Kalamazoo:  There is so much.  I enjoy the K-wings games and taking advantage of the lakes for things like paddleboarding and kayaking.  There are so many great parks and trails as well.  I've also really enjoyed the various fine arts events around town like Miller Auditorium and the State Theatre as well as several galleries.
